Return Policy Overview

At Personalcraftox, we want you to be completely satisfied with your scrapbooking and card-making supplies. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. This Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returning craft products purchased from personalcraftox.ddd.

Return Period

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return eligible items for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in the same condition as received
  • Items must be in their original packaging
  • You must provide proof of purchase
  • Items must not show signs of use or alteration

Non-Returnable Items

Certain craft supplies cannot be returned for hygiene or quality reasons:

  • Opened adhesive products, tapes, or glues
  • Cut or opened paper packs
  • Used stamps or ink pads
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Clearance or sale items marked as final sale
  • Digital downloads or templates

How to Return Items

To initiate a return:

  • Provide your order number and reason for return
  • Wait for return authorization and instructions
  • Securely package the items with all original materials
  • Ship items to the address provided in your return authorization
  • Include a copy of your order confirmation

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs depend on the reason for return:

  • If items are defective or incorrect, we cover return shipping
  • If you changed your mind, you are responsible for return shipping costs
  • We recommend using tracked shipping for returns
  • We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned items:

  • We will send you an email confirming receipt
  • We will process your refund within 7-10 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
  • You will receive notification once your refund is processed

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for the same item in a different variation:

  • Different colour or pattern of the same product
  • Different size of the same craft supply
  • Subject to availability
  • Contact us to arrange an exchange

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive damaged or defective craft supplies:

  • Contact us immediately with photos of the damage
  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund
  • We will cover all return shipping costs
  • Keep all packaging materials for inspection

Wrong Items Received

If you receive incorrect items:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Provide your order number and photos of items received
  • We will send the correct items at no additional cost
  • We will arrange collection of incorrect items

Australian Consumer Law

Our Return Policy does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
